Two suspects have been arrested in reference to hate crime incidents focusing on Black victims in San Bernardino County.
The suspects have been recognized as Michael Razo, 22, of Highland and Humberto Silva, 24, of Colton, based on the Fontana Police Division.
Officers have been working with the Fontana Sheriff’s Station for a number of months to analyze the incidents.
In every case, the pair allegedly focused homeless victims at bus stops. They’d pull up in a blue Chevrolet Silverado truck and shoot on the victims with a paintball gun whereas screaming racial slurs. In a number of incidents, the victims have been injured, police stated.

On Aug. 19, each suspects have been positioned and arrested for assault with a lethal weapon and a hate crime enhancement. Search warrants have been served at their residences the place proof associated to the crimes was discovered.
