2025 NFL Coach of the 12 months Odds: Shane Steichen Holds Regular as Favourite

A few teams that weren’t expected to start 3-0 have done exactly that.

NFL Coach of the Year 2025 odds

Shane Steichen, Colts: +380 (bet $10 to win $48 total)

What to know: The Colts are 3-0. Who saw that coming? Even more shocking might be the fact that Daniel Jones has 816 passing yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions. The quarterback has three rushing TDs, too. The Steichen effect?

Jim Harbaugh, Chargers: +650 (bet $10 to win $75 total)

What to know: Harbaugh is doing what Harbaugh does in L.A. and that’s winning. The Chargers are 3-0, with wins over Kansas City, Las Vegas and Denver — all division rivals. 

Liam Coen, Jaguars: +1000 (bet $10 to win $110 total)

What to know: Coen is a first-time head coach, and the Jags are 2-1, with wins over Carolina and Houston and a loss to the Bengals without Joe Burrow. 

Mike Macdonald, Seahawks: +1200 (bet $10 to win $130 total)

What to know: Macdonald has helped lead his Hawks to a 2-1 record, including wins over the Steelers and Saints.

Kyle Shanahan, 49ers: +1200 (bet $10 to win $130 total)

What to know: Even though they’ve been decimated by the early-season injury bug, the 49ers have managed to jump out to a 3-0 start. Can Kyle & Co. keep churning out Ws as they dig into their depth chart?

Matt LaFleur, Packers: +1800 (bet $10 to win $190 total)

What to know: LaFleur’s odds dropped from +850 after the Packers fell 13-10 to the Browns in Week 3. Green Bay, though, got off to a strong start in Weeks 1 and 2, dominating division foe Detroit and then Washington.

Todd Bowles, Buccaneers: +1800 (bet $10 to win $190 total)

What to know: Victories over the Falcons, Texans and Jets have Bowles and his Bucs off to a perfect start. But Tampa Bay’s next three games are against the Seahawks, Niners and Lions — squads whose coaches are also near the top of the COY oddsboard.
