Grace Lilly, a 27-year-old star of Bravo’s Southern Hospitality, faces charges for illegal possession of a controlled substance after authorities in Charleston, South Carolina, confirmed she had 12 clonazepam pills.
Recent Arrest Details
Law enforcement took Lilly into custody on March 10 following forensic testing by the Charleston Police Department’s Forensic Services Division. The tests identified the substance as clonazepam, classified as a Schedule IV controlled substance.
Legal documents indicate Lilly initially claimed the pills were birth control. Once results confirmed clonazepam, officials issued a new arrest warrant. She posted $10,575 bond and was released, marking her second arrest within three months.
In her mugshot, Lilly appears in a white and green striped jail uniform with her hair parted down the middle.
Prior Incident in December
On December 28, 2025, police arrested Lilly in Charleston on a warrant for second-degree harassment. Officers pulled her over at a Circle K for an illegal lane change and suspicion of a wanted individual.
During the stop, they discovered a container labeled ‘happy pills’ in her 2012 Mercedes C-Class. It contained 12 circular white pills marked with a ‘P’ imprint and half of an oblong blue pill without markings.
Lilly told officers the blue pill was Xanax, for which she claimed a prescription but lacked proof at the time, and the white pills were birth control. Second-degree harassment involves a pattern of intentional, unreasonable intrusion into someone’s private life causing emotional distress, per South Carolina law.
Ongoing Legal Matters and Career
Lilly has court appearances scheduled for May 1 and August 21 related to these cases. With 57.1K Instagram followers, she shares glamorous photos and stars in the fourth season of Southern Hospitality.
The series, a spin-off of Southern Charm, follows Southern Charm star Leva Bonaparte, her Republic Lounge & Garden, Bourbon ‘n’ Bubbles Restaurant & Bar, and their staff. Season four premiered on Bravo earlier this month.
