A £10.6 million National Lottery jackpot remains unclaimed, with the winner in Bexley, south-east London, facing a tight deadline to come forward. The winning ticket, bought locally, matched all six main numbers—06, 08, 12, 33, 49, 59—in the Lotto draw on October 4, 2025.
Urgent 180-Day Deadline Approaches
The 180-day claim period expires on April 2, leaving just days for the ticket holder to realize their fortune. Kathy Garrett, winners’ adviser at Allwyn, the National Lottery operator, emphasized the urgency: “We want nothing more than to unite the winner with their life-changing prize. We really want to pay this out. We’ve got the champagne ready.”
Garrett noted that prizes of this magnitude rarely go unclaimed. She urged residents in the Bexley area to search thoroughly: “Check down the back of sofas, pockets, or drawers to verify your numbers.” For lucky dip tickets, players may not recall their numbers, adding to the challenge. “Someone in the Bexley area is sitting on a £10.6m prize and they don’t know it,” she added.
Prizes unclaimed after 180 days support the National Lottery’s Good Causes fund.
Recent £181m EuroMillions Triumph
This comes after a UK player claimed the third-largest jackpot in history last Tuesday, securing £181,073,415.70 from the EuroMillions draw by matching all five main numbers and two Lucky Stars.
Andy Carter, senior winners’ adviser at Allwyn, described it as an “incredible win,” stating the player now holds “a fortune to rival Adele.” He highlighted the broader impact: “This jackpot will no doubt change their life, and the lives of the family and friends around them and even make a difference across entire communities.”
Two other UK winners also celebrated: one pocketed £355,164.90 with five main numbers and one Lucky Star, while another took £16,601.50 for matching the five main numbers.
