Paramedics arrived at the scene but confirmed the man had died, stating that nothing could be done to save him.
Police Statement
West Midlands Police confirmed the death is not being treated as suspicious at this stage. A force spokesperson stated: “We were called to an address on Central Drive, Coseley, at around 6pm on March 23 following concerns for a person’s welfare. Officers attended alongside ambulance service colleagues, and a man was sadly confirmed dead at the scene. At this stage the man’s death is not being treated as suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
Ambulance Service Response
West Midlands Ambulance Service dispatched two ambulances to the location at 5:56 p.m. A spokesperson added: “We were called to an incident on Central Drive in Coseley at 5.56pm on March 23. We sent two ambulances to the scene and on arrival, crews found a man. Sadly, it quickly became apparent nothing could be done to save him and he was confirmed dead at the scene.”
