Business Performance Update
Visitor footfall declined modestly by 0.4% compared to 2024, while tenant sales rose 2.2%. After a slow start in the first quarter, both metrics displayed positive trends thereafter. Kneip promised detailed sector breakdowns in the presentation.
Key Financial Metrics
Revenues edged down 0.4% to €270.4 million. EBIT fell 0.9% to €214.4 million, and FFO decreased 9.2% to €147.6 million.
