Conor Benn’s wife, Victoria, supported her husband during his high-profile victory against Chris Eubank Jr last year. She frequently shares glimpses of their family life on Instagram, including moments with their children, Eli Clay and Idony Susanna.
Family Background and Lifestyle
The couple started dating in 2017 and married the following year. Victoria works as a radio personality and model, embracing a luxurious lifestyle alongside her family responsibilities.
Chilling Home Intrusion Incident
A few years ago, Victoria faced a frightening ordeal when an intruder entered their home while she was alone with her baby son Eli. In a now-private YouTube video, she described hearing a noise during dinner and investigating the hallway.
“I walked out to the hallway and I found a man on the stairs,” Victoria recounted. “It was probably the scariest thing that has ever happened to me. I cannot explain the feeling that took over me; it makes me want to be sick.”
With Conor away, Victoria alerted neighbors, prompting the intruder to flee without stealing anything.
Conor’s Upcoming Fight and Career Move
Conor Benn prepares for his bout against Regis Prograis this weekend on the Tyson Fury undercard at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. He recently switched from Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom Boxing to Dana White’s Zuffa Boxing.
On the Overlap podcast, Benn explained his choice: “This is one of those decisions where I sit down and I go, ‘It changes not just my kids’ lives but my kids’ kids’ lives.’ There’s nothing I would not be willing to do in the interests of my kids and family over anybody.”
He added, “It’s hard when you’re talking the money you’re talking. You can’t say it’s painful because my loyalty is not with Matchroom—I love Matchroom and am forever grateful to them. My love for Eddie and Matchroom will always be there.”
“You can’t even say heartbreaking because, ultimately, it’s a business decision and you have to make the best decision for you, your family, and your career. For me, this is the best decision.”
Victoria remains a key pillar in Benn’s support network and plans to cheer him on at the stadium this Saturday.
