CEO Comments on Performance and Outlook
Ingrid Joerg, CEO, stated: “Constellium delivered strong results in the first quarter despite uncertainties on the macroeconomic and geopolitical fronts. We achieved improved financial performance across all of our operating segments, including record quarterly Adjusted EBITDA.” She highlighted benefits from North American automotive supply shortages, improved aerospace demand, and favorable scrap prices but noted ongoing uncertainties.36
Joerg added: “While uncertainties persist… we are optimistic about our prospects for the remainder of this year and beyond.” The results enhance Constellium’s positioning, though sustained performance amid volatile metal prices and market dynamics requires further validation.37
