Tom Brady surprised audiences at Kevin Hart’s Netflix roast by playfully flirting with Hart’s wife, Eniko Hart, and referencing the comedian’s 2017 infidelity while she was pregnant.
Brady’s Playful Revenge
During the Sunday night event, Brady gatecrashed the stage after Hart promised not to act like a ‘f***ing b****’ as Brady did at his own roast two years earlier. ‘You took a lot of shots at my family during my roast,’ Brady remarked. ‘But I’m too classy to go after your beautiful wife. Or am I?’
The camera then panned to a laughing Eniko Hart as Brady added, ‘What’s up, girl?’ He continued with jokes about Hart’s cheating scandal, saying, ‘I’m a busy man, but I do have a few words for you before I return to my affairs in Las Vegas.’ As a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, Brady quipped, ‘Oh, wait, I’m talking about affairs in Las Vegas. Was that off? Not supposed to talk about affairs in Vegas? I think I broke another rule.’
Brady’s 2024 Roast Experience
In May 2024, Brady endured brutal jokes from Hart and others targeting his divorce from supermodel Gisele Bündchen, who now dates jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente. Comedian Nikki Glaser mocked, ‘How much would it suck for Tom… just knowing your ex-wife’s new boyfriend could beat your a** while eating hers.’ She added, ‘Tom, the only thing dumber than you saying “yes” to this roast was when you said, “Hey babe, you should try jiu-jitsu.”‘
Bündchen, mother of two of Brady’s children, expressed displeasure with the roast’s impact on their kids. Brady later reflected on the ‘Impaulsive’ podcast: ‘I love laughing at myself… But I do understand that for my kids, that was really hard… there are some things as a parent you f*** up and you don’t realize until after.’
He shared, ‘I’ll never forget when I talked to my kids the next day… They’re protective of their mom, of their dad… “What was the point of that? Why did you do that?” You live and you learn.’
