Eyewitness Account
Tony Rabie, a staff member at the adjacent cafe, described the chaos: “We just heard a whole lot of screaming and heard something smash. We ran out from the barber shop next door and unfortunately there was an old lady just trapped under the car and another lady in front of the bakery.”
Victoria Police confirmed no charges have been laid in connection with the crash.
