Levi Hilton, the man at the center of this widely circulated footage, is no stranger to public scrutiny, with his past revealing a history of significant personal tragedy, legal entanglements, and past confrontations.
Viral Moment and Public Reaction
Hilton gained significant online traction after posting a video documenting his discovery of his former girlfriend, Jessica Te Huia, in bed with his 19-year-old son, Lorenzo Hilton. The pair were reportedly asleep in their underwear when Hilton entered the room. He expressed feelings of betrayal, a sentiment that resonated with many, leading to a rapid increase in his online following, with tens of thousands of new followers gained within hours.
Tragic Family Loss
Originally from New Zealand, Hilton’s life has been marked by profound loss. In 2014, his younger brother, Ridge, then just 17, died in a devastating house fire. The blaze consumed the family’s home in Shepparton, Victoria, in the early morning hours. Ridge was alone in the house at the time, as his parents and siblings were traveling to Queensland for job interviews, exploring a potential interstate relocation.
Neighbors later reported hearing loud music emanating from the property in the hours leading up to the fire. Following Ridge’s death, the family returned to New Zealand to conduct funeral rites.

In subsequent years, Hilton has faced several court appearances. In 2020, he pleaded guilty to multiple traffic offenses, including using a fraudulent driver’s license, driving while disqualified, and operating an unregistered and uninsured Harley-Davidson motorcycle. During a court proceeding where he represented himself, Hilton mentioned he was in the process of selling the motorcycle for an estimated $24,000. The magistrate fined him $2,310 and imposed a two-year driving ban.
Further legal issues arose in 2022 when Hilton was involved in a violent street altercation that resulted in injuries to emergency service personnel. He subsequently pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting a police officer and one count of assaulting an ambulance officer. Lorenzo later confirmed he was in a relationship with Te Huia. Te Huia, in turn, stated that she was accustomed to being in her underwear and had not engaged in any activity with Lorenzo at that moment. She later defended her actions, explaining that her relationship with Hilton was in the past and that she had been in a stable relationship with Lorenzo for approximately three weeks.
