WASHINGTON (AP) — Adm. Daryl Caudle took over because the Navy’s highest-ranking officer Monday, ending a six-month emptiness created by the Trump administration’s firing of his predecessor.
Caudle turned chief of naval operations as Protection Secretary Pete Hegseth has ousted a rising listing of army leaders with little or no clarification.
