World is much less secure after US motion in Venezuela, says UN Human Rights Workplace

BERLIN, Germany – The world group should clarify that US intervention in Venezuela is a violation of worldwide regulation that makes the world much less secure, the Workplace of the United Nations Excessive Commissioner for Human Rights stated on Tuesday, January 6.

US forces ousted Venezuelan chief Nicolas Maduro in a shock operation on the weekend. He faces 4 felony costs within the US, together with narco-terrorism, and Maduro’s vice chairman has been sworn in as interim president.

“It’s clear that the operation undermined a basic precept of worldwide regulation, that states should not threaten or use drive in opposition to the territorial integrity or political independence of any state,” stated the Workplace.

“The worldwide group wants to return along with one voice to insist on that,” chief spokesperson for the Workplace, Ravina Shamdasani, instructed reporters.
