Political commentator Camilla Tominey has sharply criticized Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper for refusing to appear on GB News to field questions about her party.
Tominey’s On-Air Rebuke
During a Sunday morning broadcast, presenters Mark White and Anne Diamond questioned Tominey about Cooper’s no-show. White stated, “Once again the Foreign Secretary is avoiding your show – she’s frit, isn’t she?”
Tominey, who invited the Labour minister onto her program, replied, “Keir Starmer has never come on the show, Rachel Reeves has never come on the show. I have huge admiration for those who do. If you can’t face a grilling by me on behalf of the public, then literally what is the point of you?”
She further noted, “We don’t know why they run scared beyond the idea that they are a little bit frightened of being Tominied on a Sunday morning.”
