Blanca Blanco Lights Up Paris Fashion Week
Hollywood actress Blanca Blanco arrived in Paris for fashion week, staying at the iconic Bristol Hotel, once frequented by legends like Marilyn Monroe, Grace Kelly, Sophia Loren, and Rita Hayworth. The Washington state native showcased her figure in hot pink lace lingerie—a triangle bra paired with matching underwear—in her luxurious room before preparing for a major runway appearance.
Blanco walked in French designer Christophe Guillarmé’s Womenswear Fall/Winter 2026-2027 show on March 4, flanked by models in jewel-toned outfits. She and Guillarmé shared the runway spotlight.
10lb Weight Loss on Flexitarian Diet
Blanco shed 10 pounds following the Flexitarian diet, which emphasizes plant-based foods while allowing moderate meat intake. This approach, developed by dietitian Dawn Jackson Blatner, boosts health benefits like lower risks of heart disease and diabetes.
She adopted it after indulging during her January birthday celebrations.
Her Fitness Routine
Last year, the 5ft 9in star shared her go-to workout: the Mobility 20/20 challenge, a popular 2026 routine. It features 20-minute daily sessions alternating 5 minutes of light cardio, such as rowing or biking, with 5 minutes of mobility stretches.
“If I know I have to work out only 20 minutes a day, I really stick to it because it’s not a massive commitment,” Blanco explained. “I look forward to the 20-minute workout. I just set a timer and do the work in my living room. It feels good when I do it first thing in the morning because then I get it out of the way. I hate that nagging feeling all day like, ‘Ugh, I have to work out today, I can’t skip it.’ If I do 20 minutes after my coffee, then it is done—I feel like it is off my to-do list.”
She supplements with gym sessions three times weekly for weight lifting and treadmill work. “I also hit the gym three times a week for weight lifting and the treadmill, I won’t lie, because I need more,” she noted.
Daily power walks round out her regimen. “I do power walks every day because it is good for my legs, but it is even better for my mental state,” she said. “Being outdoors calms me down because I look at the trees and flowers and it centers me. It makes me breathe differently and helps me clear my mind. It is the best medicine in life, just getting out there.”
DASH Diet for Daily Meals
Blanco follows the DASH diet, which prioritizes whole foods, cuts sugar, and reduces sodium to support heart health and blood pressure management. Ranked top for heart-healthy eating in recent evaluations, it highlights fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats.
Her typical meals include oats with berries or eggs with avocado and black beans for breakfast; chickpea and tuna salad for lunch; and chicken or salmon with chickpeas and vegetables for dinner. Snacks consist of raw vegetables, nuts with raisins, or fat-free yogurt.
“I love this diet because it focuses on whole foods while cutting out sugar, which is something I can do,” she stated.

Inspired by Nicole Beverly’s true story of surviving domestic violence, it features Sean Whalen and Richard Tyson. She also appears in Ring of Kibo later this year and previously starred in Eye for Eye and Showgirls 2: Penny’s from Heaven.
