Daycare staff in Inglewood have been fired after a video surfaced displaying an aide throwing a shoe at a 5-year-old.

Danielle Williams, the middle’s director, mentioned in a video posted on social media that an investigation was performed and that the three employees members concerned have been fired.
“I perceive the harm, frustration of the mom,” she mentioned. “I’m a mom, a Black mom, a Black educator. Through the interview with our earlier worker and continued employment, the employees by no means introduced behaviors to this baby or others in her care that will warrant us to imagine that she would hurt a toddler.”
