Religion is a three-year-old canine who spent her whole life on the streets of India. She is considered one of hundreds of thousands of canine who roam the streets on the lookout for meals and shelter.
The candy woman befriended a shopkeeper who fed her and the 2 fashioned a bond. She noticed the world as her dwelling and guarded it as such. The loyal canine even defended the store when thieves arrived to rob it.

She stood by the shopkeeper and helped defend his store. Nevertheless, the merciless thieves later captured Religion and tortured her for interfering.
They brutally gouged out each of her eyes and left her to die. The Tree of Life for Animals (TOFLA) rescue staff was contacted to assist save her. They arrived and located her in horrible situation along with her eyeballs hanging from their sockets and rushed her to an area animal clinic.

There was no solution to save her eyes, so she underwent emergency surgical procedure to take away them. She has an extended highway to restoration forward as she adjusts to life with out her sight and learns to belief people once more.
Regardless of all of the ache and struggling she endured, she remains to be pleasant with employees and can stay as a disabled canine on the shelter.
