Cuba’s coastguard killed 4 individuals on a speedboat from Florida who opened fireplace off the Cuban coast on Wednesday, the inside ministry in Havana stated.
The ship was one nautical mile northeast of the El Pino canal in Cayo Falcones, the ministry stated in a assertion.
