A virtually full wind farm off the coast of Rhode Island and Connecticut faces an unsure future because the states’ Democratic governors, members of Congress and union employees are calling Monday for the Trump administration to let building resume.

The administration halted building on the Revolution Wind mission final week, saying the federal authorities must assessment the mission and handle nationwide safety issues. It didn’t specify what the issues are. The Bureau of Ocean Vitality Administration mentioned Monday it’s not commenting additional right now.
