DPWH information bid-rigging complaints over La Union, Davao Occidental flood management tasks

MANILA, Philippines – The Division of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) filed bid-rigging complaints towards contractors and DPWH officers liable for anomalous flood management tasks in La Union and Davao Occidental.

The bid-rigging complaints had been filed by Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon on Thursday, November 6, earlier than the Philippine Competitors Fee (PCC).

St. Timothy Development Company, an organization linked to controversial contractors Sarah and Curlee Discaya, cornered two flood management tasks in Davao Occidental value P179.5 million.
