A man in his 30s suffered a fatal stab wound to the chest during a suspected domestic dispute at a residence in Sydney’s inner west.
Police Response in Concord
Officers arrived at the Spring Street home in Concord around midday Sunday after receiving welfare concerns for a resident. Inside the property, they discovered the victim with a severe chest injury. Paramedics provided immediate treatment, but the man died at the scene.
Suspect Arrested
Police arrested a 41-year-old man believed to live at the address. Authorities transported him to Burwood police station for questioning. He remains uncharged at this stage.
Officers escorted the suspect—barefoot, wearing a T-shirt and shorts—from the home with evidence bags covering his hands.
Ongoing Investigation
A crime scene is now active at the property as detectives continue their probe into the incident.
