My Joey got here to me from a wild stray momma cat that lives in our neighborhood. I’ve been feeding this momma cat (named momma for having feral kittens as soon as yearly) the previous 5 years.
One in every of her offspring from 5 years in the past lives on my porch who I feed and take care of however is just not in a position to stay inside. He’s so loving and never feral with me. Momma has had a litter yearly since till final 12 months when the neighbor caught her and had her spayed!

Kitten inhabitants on our neighborhood has stopped! However 2 years in the past as I cared for and feed momma and he or she was pregnant once more I watched her and timed her to when she would start! When the time got here I hoped she would have them in my yard this time so I might take care of them, however did not occur! So I prayed that at some point she would convey them to me. Six weeks later early one Sunday morning they confirmed up on my porch!

After we opened the door all of them scattered besides one. So I picked him up and introduced him in. He by no means fought or scratched to get away like a wild cat! he was calm, docile, and loving and tiny!
He appeared like a koala bear so I named him Joey and he has been in ever since. He has been a blessing!
He loves everybody and really social! He likes to play, cuddle, and lay in your lap! Lately my husband had a stroke (and never a cat individual) and he misplaced his canine buddy, Now Joey has been much more connected to him and brighten up his world! He loves hanging out with my husband, play like a canine, sleeping with him and being by his aspect as to say “we miss Peewee(the canine we misplaced) However I’m right here for you!”
Joey is the love of my life and we’re so blessed to have him in our life right now of our life! Momma left us with a Blessing!
