My Rescue Story: Panda & Bella
I rescued Panda in 2008, and from that second on, she was my child.
We went by way of every little thing collectively — strikes, marriage, divorce, and life’s ups and downs. By way of each season, Panda was my fixed. She wasn’t simply my canine; she was my coronary heart.

In 2024, I needed to say goodbye to her. The grief was overwhelming. After six months of mourning, I made a decision to channel my heartbreak into one thing significant. I threw myself into rescue work — fostering and volunteering at a neighborhood shelter — hoping to provide different canines the love I had given Panda.
Then, in March 2025, virtually to the precise day Panda had handed, one thing extraordinary occurred.
Throughout one among my volunteer shifts, in the midst of the barking and stress of shelter life, I noticed the happiest pet I had ever seen. Whereas chaos surrounded her, she sat quietly in her crate, tail wagging, radiating pure pleasure.
I took her house that day.

Bella has been therapeutic my coronary heart ever since.
Panda led me down the trail of constructive, force-free canine coaching — a journey that grew to become so significant that I earned my certification in 2019. Now, I’m utilizing those self same expertise with Bella, persevering with the legacy Panda unknowingly began.
Each Panda and Bella are rescue tales.
One modified my life.
The opposite helped rebuild it.
And I’m endlessly grateful to them each.
