The 37-year-old mother of four partners with Cupshe to launch the Cupshe x Jessie James Decker Casa del Sol line. This Drop 2 features eye-catching hues, especially yellow and orange, designed to elevate vacation wardrobes.
Decker shares on Instagram: “My @cupshe co-design collection is officially LIVE!! Welcome to Casa del Sol, a place where everything faces the sun.” She models bikinis and one-pieces during an outdoor pool photoshoot, highlighting pieces like a yellow bikini with pink accents and side-tie briefs.

Fitness Routine and Mindset Shift
Decker maintains her toned figure through consistent workouts three to four times weekly, incorporating heavy weights, circuit training, and light cardio. She prioritizes whole foods and strength-building over traditional dieting.
“I shifted my whole thought process on dieting,” Decker explains. “I would count my calories and diet and do more cardio but I realized that wasn’t working for my body anymore.”
Post-pregnancy, she adapts her approach: “It was effective throughout my pregnancies when I needed to lose baby weight but I needed to adapt to my body and now my body wants to be strong and fuel up.”
She lifts weights daily, swims in her home pool, and avoids scale obsession: “I don’t get on the scale (but maybe once every couple weeks) and focus on before and after pix to watch my progress.”
“This is the best I have felt in so long and I know it’s from shifting my mindset too, on top of my new eating and workout habits,” she adds. Decker enjoys carbs like pasta and cookies, channeling them into workout energy: “I want to get strong, put on good muscle and feel good.”
