Katie Price Shares Racy Poolside Snap Amid Husband’s Alleged Release
Former glamour model Katie Price has captured public attention with a daring topless photograph shared on social media. The 48-year-old posed in just a small pair of purple bikini bottoms while relaxing in her swimming pool, with her back to the camera. The image highlighted her surgically enhanced figure and an array of tattoos, including angel wings across her back.
This revealing post arrives as Price has claimed her husband, Lee Andrews, has reportedly been released from prison in Dubai. Andrews, 43, was allegedly incarcerated in Al Awir Central Prison last month on fraud charges. Price had previously indicated that a significant sum of money was required for his release.
Husband’s Alleged Release and Price’s Stance
Reports suggest that Andrews was seeking to raise approximately £140,000 for his freedom and had requested Price set up a crowdfunding campaign. However, Price has reportedly informed a media outlet that Andrews has now been released. A source close to the couple stated, “Lee is out.” It is understood that Andrews FaceTimed Price shortly after his release, a moment described as thrilling for her, despite her insistence on not paying any part of the reported £140,000 bail fine.
A friend commented on Price’s continued connection to Andrews, noting, “Of course she has heard the discourse surrounding him, and she’s not stupid. She knows the optics aren’t great if she stays with this man. But as any woman who has been love-bombed knows, it’s hard to leave when you’re being treated so well. For whatever reason, she still loves him and is hugely physically attracted to him.” The friend also added a stark warning: “But make no bones about it: Lee is a conman and a fraud and there must be consequences to his despicable actions. She must leave this man.”
Images circulating since Andrews’ alleged release show him wearing a baseball cap and appearing to smile. Representatives for Katie Price have declined to comment on the situation.
Financial Disputes and Family Concerns
The situation reportedly began when Katie Price flew to Dubai after learning of her husband’s arrest for fraud. She was initially prepared to pay an alleged £6,500 fee for his release. However, upon arriving at the courthouse, she was informed the fee had escalated to £140,000 due to Andrews being involved in a separate property-related court case. Price has stated her refusal to pay this amount.
During a reported phone conversation, Andrews allegedly inquired about a fundraiser for his release, to which Price is said to have responded, “No-one will do that for you, Lee, trust me. Everyone hates you.”
Separately, sources have indicated that Price’s family is experiencing growing concern regarding her mental well-being and the welfare of her children. “Katie’s family are very close to her. And they are all very concerned for her. She is spending too much time away from her kids, as well as being halfway around the world,” a friend stated.
Sister’s Strong Opposition
Katie Price’s sister, Sophie, has publicly expressed her strong disapproval of Lee Andrews. During a joint podcast appearance, Sophie voiced her frustration after Andrews failed to appear for a scheduled interview. Katie had explained that Andrews was unable to board his flight due to a visa issue, a claim that Sophie contested, stating, “he is massively mugging you off and he has done it publicly on live TV.” Katie acknowledged this, admitting, “You’ve made me look a massive d**k, you’ve made yourself look a massive d**k.” Sophie’s sentiment was clear: “I can’t even say his name, because he winds me up, I think he is a f**king d**khead on Instagram if I am honest and I think you deserve better Kate.”
Price’s Financial Independence and Past Warnings
Katie Price has reiterated her firm stance on not providing financial support to Andrews. She stated, “I’ve made it clear to Lee, I will never give him money, I’ll never give a man money, I’ve done it all my life, I’ve always been the breadwinner. My divorces, I’m the one that always has to give. I said to Lee I’ll never do it.” When questioned about potentially being the financial provider for Andrews, given his alleged financial claims, she responded, “You don’t know that, I don’t know that.”
Price has described the recent weeks as challenging but emphasized her resilience. “This is real, this is real life; this is my life. It has been a tough few weeks, don’t get me wrong. But I’ve still stayed strong through it all, and I have a smile on my face. So, in this situation, I’m doing what I want to do, and I’m out here in Dubai, because I’m here to help Lee. Some people might not like my choices, but I’m not living for everyone else. I know people have been calling me stupid, I see all the trolling, I hear it. I am not stupid.”
Prior to and following her marriage to Andrews, at least two of his former partners have reportedly issued warnings to Price. Crystal Janke, 40, alleged that Andrews had deceived her into parting with £123,000 for an investment in his company, promising a substantial return. Alana Percival, a former fiancée, has also shared cautionary statements online.
During her time in Dubai, Price reportedly met with Dina Taji, another ex-partner, who allegedly warned her directly about Andrews. Taji had previously taken legal action against Andrews after he reportedly took out a £200,000 mortgage in her name without her knowledge, leading to a travel ban from Dubai for him. Following the meeting with Taji, Price commented, “My eyes have been opened. I just need some time to think. I still cannot end things with Lee until I’ve spoken to him, but that was a lot.”
