MANILA, Philippines – Deputy Speaker Ronaldo Puno mentioned Cavite 4th District Consultant Kiko Barzaga barged into the workplace of Majority Chief Sandro Marcos on Monday, September 15, and abruptly requested the lawmakers current to sit down down as he laid out his supposed plans to run for speaker.

“(Barzaga) mentioned, ‘Be a part of me, I’ll make you deputy speaker,’” Puno added, quoting the neophyte congressman.
