The incident unfolded around 2:45 a.m. on Saturday inside a unit on Grove Street in Guildford. The victim suffered stab wounds to his neck and chest. Paramedics provided immediate treatment at the scene before transporting him to Westmead Hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery.
