Texas can’t require public colleges in Houston, Austin and different choose districts to show the Ten Commandments in each classroom, a choose stated Wednesday in a short lived ruling towards the state’s new requirement.

Texas is the third state to have a Ten Commandments legislation blocked by a courtroom.
