CEBU, Philippines – The Carmelite Monastery of Cebu was the place the late former president Corazon Aquino hid from the clutches of hazard on February 22, 1986.
Forty years later, Rappler’s John Sitchon visits the positioning the place Cory Aquino prayed and fasted with Carmelite nuns in hopes of peace.
