The Free Authorized Help Group (FLAG) has launched “Frontliners for Human Rights” to carry its fiftieth anniversary celebration to a becoming finish. The guide launch within the College of the Philippines led some to ask the query: The place is the entrance line at this time?

Retired Choose Meinrado “MenMen” Paredes was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1975. Interim FLAG chair Ted Te, former spokesperson of the Supreme Court docket, grew to become a lawyer in 1991. Atty. Karry Sison was admitted to the Bar in 2004.

They’ve all served, and proceed to serve, as frontliners for human rights.
