(AP) — Authorities-run medical facilities serving the nation’s veterans have reported a rise in extreme staffing shortages, with many hospitals having hassle filling jobs for medical doctors, nurses and psychologists, in response to an impartial watchdog for the Division of Veterans Affairs.
