How Smart Support Works
This innovative tool automatically monitors broadband speeds and connection performance around the clock. When issues arise, it suggests simple fixes to resolve problems and prevent disruptions. The system operates overnight, addressing glitches while households sleep.
Users access the feature without upgrading their current WiFi equipment. For more complex problems, Virgin Media proactively contacts customers with solutions, such as WiFi Pods to strengthen signals. Severe cases qualify for free engineer visits.
