Professor Miriam Coronel-Ferrer was the chair of that peace panel, and it was particularly for her service as the primary feminine chief negotiator of a peace settlement in historical past that she was named a Ramon Magsaysay Awardee in 2023. She can be a trustee of the Worldwide Disaster Group and a founding member of the Southeast Asian Girls Peace Negotiators.
