Chaotic second CBP agent seems to place Mexican migrant in a chokehold – leaving him hospitalized (Video)

Stunning video exhibits a Mexican migrant being put in what seems to be a chokehold by a Border Patrol agent in a suburb of Chicago, resulting in him being hospitalized after which taken to an unknown location, his household says.

The viral footage, taken from a close-by upstairs window, captures the second Ricardo Aguayo Rodriguez writhes on the bottom as he pleads with the federal immigration agent in Melrose Park on November 2nd.
