The lawsuit was filed in a Massachusetts court docket on behalf of two immigrant ladies. It seeks class-action standing to signify individuals dealing with fines that legal professionals say have totaled greater than $6 billion since President Donald Trump returned to workplace early this yr and launched an immigration crackdown.
