Orkla’s substances enterprise unit has agreed to purchase Senna, the Austrian producer of margarine, sauces and dressings, from Vivatis Holding.

In an announcement yesterday (17 February), Orkla Meals Substances (OFI) stated the acquisition “strengthens” its place in central and south-eastern Europe.
