A Superior Courtroom jury final month convicted Clarke, 31, of homicide and a sentencing enhancement for fatally taking pictures 21-year-old Logan Kahmar, who lived under him within the Raintree Residences in Brea.
Kahmar, a younger father who lived together with his girlfriend and toddler daughter, had a daily behavior of sitting on his balcony to smoke cigarettes and marijuana.
