Pop Superstar and ‘Wicked’ Co-Star Part Ways Amicably
Reports indicate that singer Ariana Grande and actor Ethan Slater have ended their three-year relationship. Sources close to the couple state that the decision to separate was made after considerable thought and discussion. The breakup, which occurred several months ago, has been described as amicable, with both parties remaining friends.
Grande, 32, is reportedly doing well following the split. Her focus has shifted towards her ongoing ‘Eternal Sunshine’ tour, which commenced on June 6 in Oakland, California. She is also dedicating time to her upcoming studio album, ‘Petal,’ slated for release on July 31.
The pair, who met while working on the musical adaptation of ‘Wicked,’ have maintained a low public profile since their separation. Their romance first gained public attention in July 2023, shortly after news emerged of Grande’s separation from her husband, Dalton Gomez, which reportedly took place in January of that year.
At the time of their relationship’s commencement, Slater had also recently separated from his wife, clinical psychologist Lilly Jay. Slater and Jay welcomed a son in August 2022.
