Kyly Boldy, the 44-year-old former wife of cricketer Michael Clarke, has launched a new career in hypnotherapy and life coaching with her business, Club Reset. The mother of one announced the venture, offering 20-minute consultations for a $1 donation to mental health charity Beyond Blue.
Club Reset Services and Offerings
Boldy recently earned certification in conscious hypnotherapy from a Sydney college. This approach uses hypnosis while clients stay fully aware, alert, and in control, guiding them into a calm state open to positive suggestions and insights.
Her website features various packages, including a five-session hypnotherapy program for $2,225 and a Platinum 12-Step Coaching Plan at $2,570, which includes 13 one-on-one Zoom sessions. Based in Bondi Junction, she also plans day-long wellness retreats for women over 40, incorporating guided stretches, group coaching, meditation, and hypnotherapy. Tickets cost $498, with the event described as an immersive experience fostering community and transformation.
Targeting Women Over 40
During an appearance on Sunrise, Boldy explained her focus on women over 40, who often feel burnt out, overwhelmed, and disconnected. She clarified misconceptions about hypnosis, distinguishing it from stage performances and linking it to early childhood beliefs formed between ages one and eight that influence adult habits.
“Our subconscious mind is running pretty much 95 per cent of the show,” she stated, emphasizing hypnosis as a method to rewire those beliefs for a positive future.
Diverse Career Background
Boldy’s career spans beauty pageants in the late 1990s, where she won multiple titles, to starring as a temptress on Temptation Island in 2002. She later worked as a weather presenter and TV host on shows like The Morning Show and competed on Dancing With The Stars in 2014.
She has pursued creative ventures, including her lifestyle blog Lyfestyled, cooking tutorials, and sales of homewares, diffusers, and candles. Boldy has also excelled in interior design, property development, and hosted House Rules on Channel Seven. Recently, she has embraced professional artistry and acting, joining Chic Talent Management.
“Funnily enough, I was one of the casting director’s options for the reporter role in the feature film I Know What You Did Last Summer,” Boldy shared. “I would love to work on both Australian and international productions… I am leaving the door completely wide open to all opportunities.”
Personal Life
Boldy and Clarke divorced in 2019 after seven years of marriage and co-parent their 10-year-old daughter, Kelsey Lee.
