Catch legendary Filipino rock band The Daybreak on the Rappler HQ!
MANILA, Philippines – Legendary Filipino rock band The Daybreak is making its method to Rappler Dwell Jam on Thursday, February 5!
The Daybreak was fashioned in 1985 by late guitarist Teddy Diaz, first beginning out as a trio composed of Diaz, drummer Junboy Leonor, and bassist Clay Luna. They later met Jett Pangan, who would change into the band’s lead vocalist.
Their present lineup consists of lead singer Pangan, Leonor, Francis Reyes and Sancho Sanchez (guitars), and Bim Yance (bass).
All through The Daybreak’s decades-long run, it has produced hits like “Salamat,” “Iisang Bangka Tayo,” and “Enveloped Concepts,” amongst many others.
The group disbanded in 1995, however reunited simply a number of years later in 2000. Their newest launch is the only “Delikado.”
