A person has been arrested in reference to a capturing at a tv station constructing in Sacramento faces a federal cost and is again in custody after being arrested by the FBI on Saturday. 

Anibal Hernandez-Santana, 64, was arrested by the Sacramento Police Division on three fees associated to a drive-by capturing on the ABC10 constructing in Sacramento on Friday. 

He was arrested on fees of assault with a lethal weapon, capturing into an occupied constructing, and negligent discharge of a firearm, in line with the Sacramento Police Division. By Saturday afternoon, Hernandez-Santana was launched on bail, listed as $200K. 

Hernandez-Santana was arrested later the identical day by the FBI, a spokesperson confirms to CBS Sacramento, on possible trigger for violating federal statute 47 USC 333 after he discharged three rounds from a firearm into the foyer of ABC10.

Sacramento police say officers responded to the 400 block of Broadway, the ABC10 constructing, simply after 1:30 p.m. native time on Friday to analyze stories of pictures fired. No accidents have been reported.

On Saturday morning, the Sacramento Police Division advised CBS Information that figuring out the automobile had led them to Anibal Hernandez-Santana, 64. The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Workplace confirmed Saturday afternoon that Hernandez-Santana was launched on a $200,000 bail, however was later arrested by the FBI on a federal cost. He’s in federal custody as of Saturday evening.

“Whereas no accidents have been reported, any act of violence towards journalists is an assault on our democracy itself and should be condemned within the strongest phrases,” Newsom’s workplace stated. “We stand with reporters and workers who work day by day to maintain communities knowledgeable and secure!”
