A man in his 20s remains in hospital after two masked men stabbed him in the beer garden of a Sudbury pub. Emergency services rushed to the White Horse pub on North Street in the Suffolk town at 11:50pm on Saturday following reports of the injury.
Sequence of Events
The victim had been assaulted earlier in the beer garden at the Comfortable Cow on King Street. Two suspects, wearing face coverings and armed with a bladed weapon, attacked him, inflicting a single stab wound to his arm, Suffolk Police confirm. The victim fled the scene, pursued by the suspects as they turned right up King Street from the pub.
Medics transported the victim to hospital, where his condition stays stable.
Suspect Descriptions
Police describe the first suspect as at least 5ft 6in tall with a skinny build, dressed in a black Adidas-style hooded top and a balaclava. The second suspect measures less than 5ft 6in tall, slim build, wearing black clothing and a balaclava.
