On Tuesday, November 18, the Ombudsman lastly filed the primary circumstances within the flood management corruption controversy — graft and malversation costs towards ex-congressman Zaldy Co and others. But when we think about the bigger scandal, that what we even have now’s a contractors’ Congress, then we will say that the primary circumstances had been the truth is filed earlier — by a personal lawyer.
On October 2, Lawyer Marvin Aceron filed a criticism with the Senate ethics committee towards Senator Chiz Escudero. And, on November 14, Aceron filed a number of costs with the Ombudsman towards Escudero, within the senator’s capability as former governor of Sorsogon province.
