The Justice Division on Friday moved to dismiss its prison case towards two former Louisville cops who had been dealing with civil rights expenses in reference to the taking pictures dying of Breonna Taylor.

In a court docket submitting Friday, attorneys from the Civil Rights Division mentioned they’re looking for to dismiss the pending case towards Joshua Jaynes and Kyle Meany with prejudice, which implies it couldn’t be revived sooner or later. The decide has not but dominated on the movement.
