Harper Beckham Attempts Unsuccessful Reunion with Brother Brooklyn
Harper Beckham, the 14-year-old daughter of David and Victoria Beckham, made an attempt to connect with her older brother, Brooklyn Beckham, on Friday during a visit to Los Angeles. The outing occurred shortly after her father’s Hollywood Walk of Fame star unveiling ceremony.
Following the event, Harper was observed arriving at Brooklyn’s Beverly Hills residence in an SUV. She was seen wearing the same pink attire she had donned for her father’s star ceremony. Despite the effort to see her estranged sibling, Harper was reportedly seen leaving the property moments after her arrival, without having met with Brooklyn.
Sources indicate that Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, were not at home and are believed to be out of town. This visit marks a notable moment amidst an ongoing family tension that has kept Harper and Brooklyn from being pictured together since Christmas 2024.
David Beckham Addresses Family Feud at Star Ceremony
David Beckham received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, located a few miles from Brooklyn’s home. The footballer was accompanied at the ceremony by his wife Victoria, and their children Romeo, Cruz, and Harper. Notable friends, including Tom Cruise and Eva Longoria, were also in attendance.
Earlier in the day, David Beckham deflected questions regarding his reported feud with his son Brooklyn. When asked about the impact of media coverage surrounding the fallout, he stated, “To be honest, I’m sorry to stop you there, but that’s a private matter. That’s the one thing that I don’t want to talk about.”
Shifting the focus, Beckham spoke about his aspirations and family life. “Every day there’s a mountain to climb. I’ve got a life where I’m very busy with what I do. I’ve got four grown kids, the businesses, the club in Miami, but I always want to achieve more,” he remarked.
Reflecting on his 26-year marriage to Victoria, David emphasized the importance of prioritizing their family. “We’ve got four incredible kids. We’ve got businesses that we work hard on. But we always make time for each other, and we always have. I want Victoria to be the best version of herself, and vice versa. And as busy as we are, our family always comes first. That’s our priority, and that’s what makes it work when you’ve been together for so long. Our priority will always be our family,” he explained.
Ongoing Family Estrangement
The reported rift between the Beckham family and Brooklyn, along with his wife Nicola, has been a subject of public discussion for months. The situation reportedly escalated in January when Brooklyn shared a statement addressing the family dynamics.
Reports suggest that David and Victoria have not communicated directly with Brooklyn since May 2024, following his and Nicola’s absence from his father’s 50th birthday celebration. Legal representatives for Brooklyn and Nicola are said to have communicated with the Beckhams’ legal team.
Further complicating matters, it is understood that Brooklyn blocked his parents on social media shortly before Christmas 2025. In January, he reportedly posted a statement on his Instagram Story, detailing his feelings about his upbringing and certain family interactions, including claims of parental control and embarrassment at his wedding.
Victoria Beckham also commented on raising young adult children, acknowledging the differences from parenting younger children. She expressed her commitment to doing her best as a parent and noted that negative press has not impacted her fashion and beauty business, attributing sales to product quality rather than her personal fame.
