Miramar, FL-based Promptus is a 3PL targeted on the Latin America, Asia, Europe and Caribbean commerce lanes. The deal offers Allstates WorldCargo an in-house customs brokerage enterprise, permitting it to supply customs clearance and compliance providers to clients.
