:: Reuters couldn’t independently confirm this video from state media KCNA

In a video supplied by the North’s official information company KCNA, which Reuters can’t independently confirm, hundreds of scholars in Korean conventional garments have been seen dancing in Kim Il Sung Sq., and residents have been seen watching a flag-hoisting ceremony and fireworks in Pyongyang on Monday (September 8).
