Brandon Stephens has taken accountability for his messy Jets debut within the 34-32 loss to the Steelers, and he isn’t attempting to overcomplicate what’s wanted to make up for it.
“Make performs on the ball,” he informed The Publish after Jets follow Thursday.
“I did every part that everyone else within the stands noticed,” he added. “Performs that I’m in nice place, simply gotta end these performs. Yeah, I simply gotta play my fashion of soccer, our fashion of soccer, and make the performs I must make.”
It may grow to be a sophisticated situation for the Jets after Stephens — because of protection points and “dangerous eyes,” as defensive coordinator Steve Wilks termed it — allowed 5 completions for 60 yards and two touchdowns throughout seven targets.
